
UPS : In the case that the driver from UPS is unable to deliver your order he will leave a note on your door..
You then need to contact UPS, customer service, at tel. 902 888 820.
An operator will attend to your call in the Central Office of UPS
You will need to give them the tracking number which we sent you on the day your order was collected by UPS.

You can arrange with them a convenient time for delivery.
The driver will try another two times, on normal working days, to try and make the delivery before returning the order to Tarjetas Spain S.L.
Tracking on-line with UPS
If you wish to track your order, go to the web site of Tarjetas Spain (www.tarjetasspain.com) and introduce your tracking number.
After click “Details” and you will see when your order has been tracked and its present position.
