REGISTER: To be able to use our web site and place orders on-line it is essential to have registered as a customer first.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT: By filling out the form to become a customer you are opening an account and registering a password, which will only be known to you. This will then allow you, at any time, to be able to see any orders in progress and details of all orders placed by you. You will also be able to modify your account details or change the delivery address for each order.
To register, fill out the customer form and introduce a password (minimum of 6 digits) that only you have access to.
ENTERING IN THE SYSTEM: Each time that you log on our system will ask you enter your email address and password. Be careful when using upper or lower case because our system recognises both and the system will not allow access if the correct details are not entered.
DUPLICATING AN ACCOUNT: Avoid opening a new account if you already have one in your name. It will cause confusion for both parties.
If you forget your password you can ask for a new one to be sent to your email address.
The new password will substitute the old one and allow to to enter in the system. When you log on using your new password you can, if you want, change it with one which might be easier to remember. The system will remember this new password and delete the old one.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The data entered in our database are completely confidential and will only be used to correctly complete your orders. We will not send any indiscriminate publicities by email to our customers except for necessary communications dealing with customer orders.
CLOSING AN ACCOUNT: Any customer who wishes to close their account simply has to send their request by email to: email@example.com
